A Day of Service: Share Food Philly on MLK Day

Members joined an incredible community of volunteers at Share Food Philly for the annual MLK Day of Service. Together, the volunteer effort packaged 1,325 boxes—over 42,000 pounds of food—for seniors and neighbors facing food insecurity across Philadelphia.

Two Honors, One Legacy

USGA Wilson Endowed Research Fund

Members Angella Moore, Lia Rogers, and Lisa Wright were named 2026 recipients of the USGA's Wilson Endowed Research Fund, a national honor supporting original research through the USGA Golf Museum and Library that helps uncover and preserve our club's history.

Precious Places, with Scribe Video Center

Separately, our club's story was documented on film through Scribe Video Center's Precious Places Community History Project and premiered at the Free Library of Philadelphia's Parkway Central Branch—alongside stories from the African American Museum of Philadelphia, Lee Cultural Center, and other pillars of our community.
